The COVID-19 infection, which started to spread in many countries of the world in early 2020, caused the World Health Organization (WHO) to declare the coronavirus as a global pandemic. The rapid spread of the pandemic around the world caused the closing of the borders between countries, the weakening of the industry at the global level and the slowdown of economic development. In this context, countries have developed various programs depending on the impact of the coronavirus pandemic.

Daulet Zhailybayev is a research fellow at the Eurasian Research Institute of Khoja Akhmet Yassawi International Kazakh-Turkish University. In 2009, he received a bachelor’s degree from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, faculty of history. In 2013, he graduated from the faculty of ethnology of KazNU with a master’s degree. The thesis topic is “The Azerbaijanis in Kazakhstan: Ethno-Cultural Processes”.
