The key indicators of the socio-economic development of Kazakhstan affect the living standards of local people in different parts of the country. In this regard, the state of social and cultural infrastructure in the regions has not yet been fully addressed. Accordingly, the measures taken within the scope of the programs aimed at improving public welfare and living standards cannot fully solve the problems accumulated over the years in the regions.
Daulet Zhailybayev is a research fellow at the Eurasian Research Institute of Khoja Akhmet Yassawi International Kazakh-Turkish University. In 2009, he received a bachelor’s degree from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, faculty of history. In 2013, he graduated from the faculty of ethnology of KazNU with a master’s degree. The thesis topic is “The Azerbaijanis in Kazakhstan: Ethno-Cultural Processes”.
