Enlargement of the Turkic Council: Opportunities and Perspectives

Since its establishment, the Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States (Turkic Council) has played an important role in developing political, socio-cultural, trade and economic cooperation among the Turkic speaking countries. As it is known, the Turkic Council was established by the Nakhchivan Agreement, which was signed in October 2009 at the Summit of the Heads of the Turkic Speaking states launched in 1992.
